The villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level. (Sleeps 6.) Upstairs, you will find an office where you can work and sharing the space at the same time with a bed; full kitchen, laundry room, half bathroom, dining area, and a living room with access to terrace and an outside patio.

There is a beautiful rooftop with a brand new jacuzzi, table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful sunset of Cabo San Lucas with a view of the world famous Land's End.

The villa features a large/new water pila, mini-split A/C units, wifi access.
